Payment by credit card can either be processed directly online through our secure website or alternatively this can be done over the phone with one of our customer service staff. Kindly be assured that your credit card details are processed through an SSL secure and encrypted system.
Direct Bank Transfer
For payment direct to our bank account you can proceed and make a direct deposit at any Security and BPI Bank branch. Contact our office for account details or through wire transfer information. Once you have made the deposit please email us a copy of the deposit slip, as well as details on the type of test you require. In addition please also include your name, full address, telephone number and email address.
Cash at the Office
As a last option payment can also be made in person at our office but only with prior notice as your case number must be allocated to you in advance. Once you arrive at the office you will be require to quote your case number and payment must be made before the kit is received. You can also pay to our collection center thru cash only where you able to collect your sample upon your appointment of sampling.
If you would like to make a payment through Paypal, then you have to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org advising us what test you want to order and the email address to send you the PayPal payment request.
